We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days from the day the parcel signed for, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days. Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of that garment. Items returned after 28 days will be refused and returned to you.

Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different color or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.

Online purchases can be exchanged or returned for a store credit at any Canadian AllSaints standalone stores (excluding any outlets or pop-up shops) within 28 days. Please note that certain exclusions may apply for archive items that the stores no longer carry in stock.

Returning Items

In order to return an item, please log into your online account, select 'manage orders' and select the order you wish to return. Please follow the instructions provided, stating in as much detail a possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number. If you ordered using the guest checkout option, you can log in to your temporary account using the details we sent you.

This reference number should be included within the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online. Please use a secure and insured shipping service (such as UPS), as AllSaints cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*For International customers where special shipping is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

Please note that we do not accept packages that are hand carried to the warehouse, all packages must be sent via insured carrier (such as UPS) and be sent to the above address.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a split payment is made, ie part giftcard part credit/debit card, funds will be refunded back to the giftcard first.

All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.

We will refund postage for any defective items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or earrings unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality. We are unable to accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed.

Additionally, customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, are unworn and where possible returned within their original packaging with the clothing labels and tags intact.

Store Returns

We regret that Online Returns Department are unable to offer a refund on items that are not of satisfactory quality that have been purchased in an AllSaints standalone store.
Please note that concessions are unable to redeem or issue gift cards.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
