Internet Returns
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days from receipt of goods, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days. Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of that garment.
Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.
To return an item
In order to return an item, please log into your online account, select manage orders and the order you wish to return. Please follow the instructions provided, stating in as much detail a possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number.
This reference number should be included within the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as UPS), as AllSaints cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
*For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or earrings unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality. We are unable to accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed.
Store Returns
We regret that concessions are unable to offer a refund on items that are not of satisfactory quality that have been purchased in an AllSaints standalone store.
Please note that concessions are unable to redeem or issue gift cards.
