Our Next Day shipping services are only available to continental US Zip codes and Canadian Postal Codes and so exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outerlaying regions of Canada.

Our Standard Shipping is free for all US and Canadian orders.

Your order will arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and a signature is required on receipt.

Shipping will take 2 business days from the day you place your order.

We use UPS for all of our US and Canadian shipping. When your order leaves our Distribution Centre, we'll email you with a tracking number and you can follow your items through the UPS website.

We offer free International Shipping to the following countries on all orders over $350:

Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, Guam, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Martinique, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE and Uruguay.

For orders below $350, International Shipping costs $35.

We use UPS for all of our international deliveries. When your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you with a tracking number and you can follow its journey at www.ups.com

Expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs and Duties

AllSaints operates on a DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID basis.

This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid on delivery of your order.

Contact your local customs authority for more information.

A Signature On Delivery

7.0 A Signature On Delivery

Typically, we do not require a signature when we deliver your package. However, there are instances when the UPS driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

Please note if your parcel is damaged upon arrival then we recommend you refuse delivery and contact our Customer Experience Team to let them know.

Are there any shipping restrictions on items sold online?

Due to trading agreements and regulations we are unable to ship exotic skins to the State of California or to outside of the US.

US Online Returns Policy

1.0 US Online Returns Policy

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receipt or exchange it for a different size or color within 28 days.

If the items are received after 14 days we'll issue you with a giftcard for the appropriate amount.

Any items received after 28 days will have to be refused.

US Returns Procedure

2.0 US Returns Procedure

Follow the returns procedure below:

Fill in the returns form received in your order, apply the sticky returns label to the front of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Drop Point.

If you have lost or didn't receive a form, log in to your account at 'My Account', 'My Orders' and select the 'Reprint Free Returns Label'.
Click here to access your account.

If you don't have an AllSaints account, use the temporary account details we emailed to you when your order was made.

We can only exchange an item for another size or color.

Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage.

Returns hand carried to the warehouse will not be accepted due to security reasons.

If you are using our Free Returns domestic service, transit back to our DC may take up to five business days and 48 hours for process of refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a split payment is made, i.e. part giftcard and part credit/debit card, the giftcard will be refunded first.

Returning Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery

4.0 Returning Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery

Underwear and Jewellery can't be returned unless they were delivered in an unsatisfactory condition.

If you wish to return swimwear, do not remove the original wrapping.

International Returns

Follow the returns procedure below:

Log into your account, select 'Your Orders' and the relevant order number.

Follow the instructions, telling us why you are returning your order and what you require.

A unique returns reference number will be provided.
If you don't have an AllSaints account, use the temporary account details we emailed to you when your order was made.

Using a traceable service, send your parcel, with the unique returns number, to the following address:

We can only exchange an item for another size or color.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a split payment is made, i.e. part giftcard and part credit/debit card, the giftcard will be refunded first.

We are unable to refund your return costs if the item is merely unwanted.

If the item was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, please send it back to our US warehouse address where it will be assessed by our returns team and a postage refund will be given where possible.

Returning Online Orders to Store

7.0 Returning Online Orders to Store

You can exchange your online order for items of the same value or higher in a stand-alone store only.

It has to be trading in the same country in which it was originally purchased.

You can exchange within 28 days of receipt. Once the exchange is processed, you fall under the store's returns policy which means it cannot be refunded.

Online items received faulty cannot be refunded in-store. Please send them back to the warehouse address using our free returns service where they will be assessed and refunded where possible.

Returning Items Bought in Store

8.0 Returning Items Bought in Store

Please keep your receipt.

We can only accept unwanted items within 28 days of their purchase, and will always try to exchange or issue a giftcard, for use within 6 months, where we can.

We will not be able to issue a monetary refund where items are merely unwanted. If you feel that your item is not of satisfactory quality, please return it to a stand-alone store with your receipt.

Concession and outlet stores are unable to offer refunds on faulty items or redeem and issue giftcards unless the item or giftcard was purchased within that store.
