Standard Shipping is free for all US, Canadian and Mexican orders over $250 and $9.95 for orders under $250

To receive your order before Christmas please order by Tuesday 15 December and to receive before New Year’s Eve please order by Monday 21 December.

delivery time You'll receive your order within 5-10 working days, delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding weekends. Outlying areas may take longer.

courier All orders on a standard service in the US, Canada and Mexico are delivered by UPS.

  • A signature is not required for delivery as UPS may leave your parcel in a safe place. Please contact the Customer Experience team if you wish to opt out of the ‘leave safe option’.

Next Day Shipping is $24.95 for all US and Canadian orders.
Amazon Prime members can benefit from Free Shipping with no minimum spend for shipping within the US and Canada.

    Orders placed before 2pm (EST), 1pm (CST), 11am (PST) Monday to Thursday will be delivered next business day.
    Orders placed on Thursday after 2pm (EST), 1pm (CST), 11am (PST) or before 2pm (EST), 1pm (CST), 11am (PST) on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
    Orders placed after 2pm (EST), 1pm (CST), 11am (PST) on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
    Next day delivery will be suspended between Friday 18 December and Monday 04 January 2021.

Returns policy

We have extended our returns policy for store and online purchases.

Our refund and exchange policy has been udpated to 60 days due to COVID 19 which will cover the holiday period.
Please note returns, refunds and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.

We do not currently offer a designated gift wrapping, gift messaging or gift receipt service for digital orders.

international delivery

International Shipping is free for orders over $350. For orders under $350 delivery is $29.95.

courier UPS carries our International deliveries, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on the UPS website. www.ups.com We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you buy an item in an AllSaints standalone store or online at www.allsaints.com, and we reduce that item in price within 28 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the difference via your original form of payment.

customs, tax & duty

For deliveries within the US & CA we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

For deliveries outside the US & CA, we operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.
